Course Abstracts & Outlines

Public Courses

Public and on-site courses run at 2 to 3 locations every non-holiday week of the year. Public courses usually have 15 to 25 students who represent a wide variety of industries and government agencies. The learning process is optimized as those students discover that they share the same problems and find that the solutions are also essentially the same.

On-Site Courses

On-site courses are ideal for organizations that wish to obtain CMII training for larger numbers of personnel. On-site sessions are most effective when the attendees represent cross-functional activities. The number of on-site courses has almost caught up with the public courses.

Learn Through Repetition

The most effective learning is achieved through repetition. The 6-course series leading to certification is designed accordingly. Each course is divided into sections which, in turn, are subdivided into chapters. Section I of Course I describes the CMII process.

The balance of Course I goes a cut deeper and describes the overall CMII model and methodology. Courses II through VI go into additional detail as needed by those who lead the CMII implementation effort, upgrade the existing business process infrastructure and manage the CM process.
