Course VI CMII Implementation and Application

Any process that can accommodate change and keep requirements clear, concise and valid has universal application. It is is what every organization needs regardless of what it is called. Organizations that do it best are most competitive.

Those who complete the CMII training and achieve certification have a tremendous advantage.

Our students range from the "rawest of rookies" to the "old pro's" who have served on national or international CM teams. For a rookie, it is a matter of learning the common sense principles and how to apply them. For an old pro, it is a matter of not only learning the principles but also shifting entrenched paradigms.

The best learning is achieved when the courses are taken in sequence. Although there are no prerequisites, the CMII book, CMII for Business Process Infrastructure, is recommended reading.

Continuing Education Units - CEU's

CEU's are earned at one CEU per 10 hours of course work. Upon satisfactory completion of each of the CMII Courses I through VI the student will earn 1.6 CEU's. These credits are noted on the students course certificate, which is provided to each student after successfully completing the course.
