| Free Business Health Check By ICM |
Specialists from the Institute of Configuration Management (ICM) are available to assess the effectiveness of your business processes. With participation by the appropriate personnel, this healthcheck can be accomplished in a single 3-to-4 hour on-site meeting.
Participants must include 1 or 2 representatives (practitioners) from each of 7 or more core business processes (cross-functional activities). An ICM specialist will lead the discussion.
This healthcheck serves two purposes. The first is to quantify the amount of time your employees are spending on intervention (ratio of time being spent on activities that should not be required). This will reveal how effective your business processes really are.
If that ratio turns out to be above 30 or even 40%, the second purpose of the meeting is review why and what can be done about it. This is where our specialists excel. A written report of our healthcheck results and recommendations will be provided within 7 business days.
This free healthcheck must be sponsored by a Level 1 or Level 2 executive. Our final report will be submitted to that same individual. Our specialist will also be available at no cost for a follow-up visit to discuss our findings and recommendations.
Although not required, we recommend that this healthcheck be coordinated by one of your CMII grads (if you have any).
Please use the enclosed form to order this healthcheck. We will work with the designated coordinator to select the date and time. We will also provide instructions to the designated coordinator on how to set up the meeting and ensure that the appropriate activities are represented.
