Arizona State University's College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (renamed Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering in 2003) has sponsored the CMII program since 1989. The combined enrollment on ASU campuses in the Phoenix area is 57,500.

The University of Tennessee’s Center for Executive Education in the College of Business Administration has cosponsored the CMII program since 1993. It is located on the main campus in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Knoxville campus has a student enrollment of approximately 26,500 students. Ron Solmonson serves as CEE’s Director for Configuration Management and he may be reached at 865.974.9306. Shirley Cuff, 865.974.1612, serves as the Program Coordinator.
