Train The Trainer
Organizations with many people to train can significantly reduce the cost of certification by bringing the courses on-site rather than sending students to a public site. They can further reduce the costs by establishing their own CMII instructor.

Public courses run approximately $1,000/course plus travel costs for the student. For the six certification courses, this equates to roughly $6,000. Add 12 days of travel costs for the student if the public courses are not local.

On-site courses run approximately $600/course plus travel costs for the instructor. For the six certification courses, this equates to roughly $3,600/student plus their portion of the instructor's travel costs (roughly $100 each per course).

The on-site costs can be further reduced by establishing your own CMII trainer — which is the purpose of our train-the-trainer program.

The course fee is reduced from approximately $600 to $400 per student. There are no additional costs for an ICM instructor.

Candidates for becoming a CMII trainer must go through the CMII certiication series a 2nd time during which they will have an opportunity to demonstrate their teaching skills and also learn how to handle the administrative requirements. A candidate's potential for becoming a qualified trainer is determined after the 2nd round.

Candidates will be charged the standard audit fee for going through the series a second time and, if necessary, a third time.
