DNA is Natures CMII Process

Genes And DNA

Genes are nature's very own CMII system. The perfection of nature is demonstrated in her development of a very powerful tool called DNA.A Macro System Of Change Control

We all know that DNA is physically a double helix containing genetic coding. What has been overlooked is that DNA, philosophically, is really a self-contained macro system of change control for all living things on this planet.

We also know that DNA defines the end-item, from the simplest to the most complex, from the smallest to the largest of species. It defines all the specific characteristics of that living organism.

Document First

But did you realize that DNA represents all the documentation first, including the indentured physical item hierarchy and supporting processes which include operation and maintenance processes?

DNA does not stop there. It defines the production schedule and the chemical computer (hardware) and chemical reactions (software) to be used to automate and control the entire factory.

Results Must Conform

And then, without intervention resources, it automatically produces the end-item (human or other) exactly to specification and provides a control copy of all the documentation at the time of delivery.

DNA does not allow any undocumented changes to occur in production and automatically purges documentation on expired models and extinct species. Implementation Planning And Validation

DNA accounts for an infinite number of changes to be implemented in the production cycle and establishes effectivities and delivery dates based on the integration of all the resource drivers.

The results are always prototype tested in the field by nature's on-going environmental test program.

Changes are initiated by forces within the gene pool and external to it. Documentation is always produced first, even in the development phase.

Application Of Nature's Concepts

It is clear that the CMII concepts were worked out years ago by Mother Nature. Man is just starting to understand these basic concepts and is now striving to realign business processes accordingly.

By broadening people's awareness of these concepts and making our implementation of them as automatic and natural as that of DNA, continued economic success of our society can be assured.
